@Nwigwe_praise Many babies are born with both male and female genitalia. Doctors have just let parents decide at birth what sex they want the child and operate. Later when the child grows up (without knowing this happened) they are at odds with their assigned gender. Everyone is unique.

@Nwigwe_praise It’s from a TV series BUT it is based on real medical science. Many people have both female ovaries and males testes or have what looks like female external genitalia but internally they have all male sexual organs. Being Trans is a very complicated concept.
