How do you expect us to reuse blankets used by passengers earlier and those who left the coupe dirty strewn with used diapers, biscuit wrappers, cups, etc. I have travelled many times earlier by 2AC but never has it been like this. Is this what you give your customers these days?

@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva I have boarded the 12780 2nd AC at Pune towards Vasco. The condition is absolutely dirty. The railway cleaners did their best to clean. Bedsheets, pillow covers were changed only after one hour and we were told that blankets will not be changed.
