Brave girls teach civic sense.
There was a rush on the road, so people
on bikes started riding through the footpath, which is meant for pedestrians.
When two girls stopped them, they kept smiling. Even a woman there used foul word "chutiya" for them. How sick people are.
Dear Friends, the person I have quoted is the so called Ayurveda expert who is supposed to debate me. She just joined Twitter to rage bait me because I blocked her on Instagram since she was slipping uncomfortably into my DMs there.
As you may have noticed, she is already using the gender card and resorting to ad hominem. If you would like to entertain yourself to more such logical fallacies, ad hominem and ancient comedy, please block your dates for the debate. Details in the poster.
Also the last Ayurveda practitioner who was "matched" for my age and expertise (Vaidya Omkar) deleted his social media account and ran away after the debate. I strongly believe that he may have quit his practice.
The other "young male" Ayurveda practitioners on Instagram who were asked to debate me, blocked me on Instagram and claimed that I blocked them; and one of them gave me a fake email address so that I would never reach them with details of a debate.
Alternative Medicine practitioners live a life of deception and fraud, so lying and twisting facts and misinterpretation - all of it comes naturally to them, and this woman also doesn't disappoint.
Remember to block the date! And welcome Vaidya Vasundhara to Twitter.
Indians and their obsession with Turmeric is why we have this:
"Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." - Albert Einstein.
https://t.co/No5W2w3ngg
Feeding your chickens turmeric does not make the eggs anti-bacterial. In fact feeding yourself turmeric doesn't even affect anything in your body because turmeric is not absorbed and >98% is lost in the stool. This is a marketing gimmick. Do not fall for it.
This is what happens when you skip chemistry class.
Same with brown and white eggs. They're all the same nutritionally.
PS: Don't miss the "caged" chickens. Very nice of Print's photographer to capture their capture.
According to a 2012 RTI filing, there were 8 Lakh people with more than 1 Cr in Agriculture income, who paid ZERO taxes in India.
[1] 1% farmers in India own more than 10 hectare of land. And, they are by no standards poor.
And, as per a paper by the erstwhile Planning Commission, if we could tax even 0.04% richest farmers, it would generate 50,000 Cr of tax gains.
[2] This money is enough to run the MGNREGA scheme for a year.
This post is not against farmers.
It is about getting the rich to pay their fair dues.
[3] It doesn't make much sense why a normal corporate employee making 25K/month should be carrying the burden of taxes for Crorepati farmers.
Widening the tax base would not hurt the government's revenues.
And, it would improve the life of a normal tax payer.
But, guess how many political parties are talking about it?
Share it with others to help yourself.
#CaptainMilIer is killer #ArunMatheswaran great direction, screenplay & making @dhanushkraja 👌 performance. When we'll see you again in big screen ? Kudos to the entire crew
@finshots can you please write an article about #spiritualtourism? It's booming in India. Financially how it can impact the country #GDP. Comparison from other countries & drawbacks of the same. #AyodhyaRamMandir
I know this whole Kohli century thing, but this obsession with personal milestones is Really gonna cost us some day.
Hopefully it doesn't happen in the Semi final
Denying singles, in a chase, just to score a century is ridiculous.
At age 30, Warren Buffett's wealth was 1Mn. At 92, his wealth is 109Bn+; this is a staggering 110000X growth in wealth.
Now, interestingly most of this wealth came after age 65.
There is a critical lesson here: Capital generates massive leverage.
For example: if you invest 10 Lakhs, and make 10% returns, you will have 11 Lakhs by next year. (incremental wealth gain: +1 Lakh)
But, if the capital is 1Cr and you make 7% returns, then you get 1.07Cr (wealth gain +7 Lakhs)
This is one of the prime reasons why Mr Buffett's wealth compounded after the age 65.
Most of our wealth will come from our investment decisions, not through our jobs.
[1] Where we spend our time.
[2] Where we invest our money.
[3] Which skills we chose to develop.
Money making.
And, money investing.
Both are critical skills, we need to pick
@farzyness To be frank, we’re lucky to have modern medicine. I’d be dead from malaria if not for chloroquine & doxycycline.
But, we should still question medicine, rather than considering it sacred. The entire foundation of science is to question it, thereby coming closer to the truth.
This image will haunt us for a long time.
In this hour of grief, the least I can do is to take care of education of children of those who lost their life in this tragic accident. I offer such children free education at Sehwag International School’s boarding facility 🙏🏼
