@saj_anderson It's kinda odd how Guide Dogs UK are one of the only charities that don't shut their waitlist - most others do. I had to wait 2 years for one to open for one charity

@FirstYork I had to wait 40mins to catch one of 3 buses going in the right direction today - 3 different "tracked" buses on your app never turned up 2 buses meant to be coming every 15mins and 1 every half hour! In 0 degree weather!
