Today, we are opening early access to Shield Swap.

For a decade, institutions considering onchain finance have faced an unacceptable tradeoff. Transparent markets expose wallet activity, portfolios, and trading strategies. Existing privacy infrastructure often lacks the controls regulated firms require.

Shield Swap brings confidentiality and compliance into the same non-custodial venue.

Sender and receiver addresses remain confidential, preventing the public from linking trades to a firm or reconstructing its portfolio. Amounts and token types remain visible and auditable.

Established compliance partners provide screening and compliance records. View keys allow firms to disclose specific information to auditors and other authorized parties without exposing their entire financial history.

Trades settle in natively issued stablecoins, and participants retain control of their assets.

Early access is now open to institutions, businesses, and governments. General availability is planned for later this year.

Privacy and compliance usually get framed as a tradeoff. Shield Swap doesn’t make you pick.

Your wallet address stays out of public market data, and every swap proves that your account is innocent and not part of a freezelist.

We love seeing this. @dms_120 connected Shield Wallet MCP to his own agent and now swaps from his phone just by chatting with it.

If you try a cloud setup like this, treat it as a hot wallet with a separate seed phrase and start with test amounts!

Shield Wallet MCP is live, and you don't need a laptop to use it 👀

I set it up with my Grok Bot, and now I swap on Shield just by chatting with it from my phone.

Here's how 🧵

We are announcing a collaboration with @flowdesk_co, a global liquidity provider and digital asset trading and technology firm, to provide deep and reliable liquidity to Shield Swap.

Flowdesk brings institutional-grade liquidity to Shield Swap, giving participants a way to confidentially trade at scale without surfacing their activity to the broader market. This collaboration gives professional traders access to popular trading pairs with new privacy protections and reflects a shared focus on building efficient and liquid digital asset markets.

Flowdesk combines deep financial and crypto expertise with algorithmic and proprietary trading systems to connect digital assets to global liquidity. Flowdesk provides transparent OTC trading and liquidity solutions for institutional investors, token issuers, and exchanges, connected across 150+ centralized and decentralized markets.

Shield Swap takes a confidential approach for traders. Participants are able to execute a trade without publishing their identity, holdings, and strategy to the market. Inside Shield Swap, participant identities stay off the public ledger, portfolio balances remain encrypted to the participant's keys, and trades do not expose the participant's full activity to public observers. Every trade also creates an encrypted compliance record that can be reviewed when access is compelled when law.

Working with Flowdesk connects these two parts of the trading experience. Flowdesk supports deep, efficient liquidity for assets moving through Shield Swap. Once positions are shielded inside Shield Swap, subsequent holdings remain confidential within the platform, even while liquidity pools are managed by Flowdesk.

This collaboration gives professional traders a way to participate in onchain finance with confidentiality and compliance.

Early access is open to institutional and professional investors at https://t.co/8a0TjYWHfe.
