In other words, vamos a ver! I fundamentally believe our Constitution, equality, and in the importance of a highly skilled judiciary that reflects the community it seeks to serve. I believe it is important to contribute to your community. I’ll continue to do that.

With this, the race to fill 3 seats on Lehigh County’s 10-person bench is over. I am frequently asked if I will run again. The short answer is, “I don’t know.” Who knows when there will be another vacancy or what my life or my family’s life will look like when it does.

It appears to be finally over. The votes, to which there was no legitimate challenge, were counted. This was the correct result. I remain hopeful that our Lehigh County judiciary will one day look more like the community it seeks to serve.

US Supreme Court this afternoon cleared way for counting 257 undated ballots in unsettled Lehigh County 2021 judicial election. Court declined to hear case by candidate David Ritter who argued that those ballots should not be counted

The legal battle over the counting of 257 undated mail-in ballots (and potentially a spot on the Lehigh County bench) continues. So does life. I have never been content with stagnation and that has not changed. So much has already happened, and there is more to come.
