So if you're a writer running Omarchy, you now have Omaquill: a Scrivener clone in the Omarchy Marketplace.
It opens your existing Scrivener projects so your book comes with you. Compile to word, EPUB, or a paperback ready PDF.

Scrivener is the writing app many novelists, screenwriters, and authors swear by: a binder for chapters and scenes, index cards on a corkboard, and compile to a finished manuscript.
It runs on Mac and Windows. There's never been a Linux version.
It was great meeting everyone and hearing all the encouragement for Omahoy. Excellent work from the Omarchy team @ryanrhughes with @stevederico organizing it. Such a great community.
My favorite demo was @ShieldsWorks showing how he’s using Omarchy to build his own sailing navigation plugins instead of spending a fortune on Garmin gear. Such a cool real-world use case.

We can do anything. Fix anything.

Results from the first testrun with chartplotter, wind, tide, current, logbook, and of course Omastorm running side by side. GPS was intermittent so the tracks were broken. Gotta troubleshoot it.
🔥 OMARCHY PEOPLE! IT'S TIME AGAIN! 🔥
Join us THIS SUNDAY at 3PM EST for the Omarchy community's weekly Space!
@ncfrontiersman and I will be hosting, and we want YOU in the conversation.
Built a killer plugin? Made an app? Completely overhauled your desktop? Figured out something cool? BROKE something cool? 😂
COME TELL US ABOUT IT!!!
Show off what YOU have built. Share what you are working on. Ask questions. Grab some new ideas.
If you're brand new to Linux or Omarchy, COME HANG OUT! You don't need to be an expert. That's the whole point of having a community.
Bring your projects. Bring your questions. Bring your weird setup.
SEE YOU THERE!!! (pls RT to get the word out?)
