It was about age 40 that I said Im never doing the physical part of moving myself again. Yet at 55 when my baby girl asks for help, I can’t say no. 12:30am and can’t sleep, feels like permanent damage to my body. Lol
@Rach_IC Just spoke to a client who recently moved here from NY and is fully appreciating 105 here vs 85 and sticky there. Like you said, It’s July… everywhere is warm, as it should be. 😊
I'm seeing alot of misunderstanding in Scottsdale's City Council Elections. Your vote for @BarrySGraham@MichelleUgenti and/or @BobLittlefield becomes even more important in November. Please educate yourself.

@SilverBanglesAZ@attackdogX I honestly find the Californians calling me to move to Arizona are the ones we want. Especially the hard working small business owners that are tired of seeing their fruits of labor being taken away in CA.

City planners and community members hope to transform neighborhoods and green space surrounding the 20-mile Rio Salado corridor. Lillian Donahue has more on the plan that could transform and revitalize south Phoenix. #abc15
@RobertKennedyJc Sooo true… im working w a young couple now to find them a neighborhood where kids ride bikes and play outside is their priority. Might be the toughest requirement Ive had in 12+ yrs in this business.

Arizona private lands are usually interspersed with state and federal lands, often in a sort of checkerboard pattern. There is not enough contiguous private land to accommodate an 8000 acre solar complex. State and federal lands are required. The solar complexes pay leases of $1000 to $2000 per acre per year. There is no 'competing' for that by raising beef.
