@sweatystartup I don’t disagree. There are some fantastic uses but honestly I believe the way most use Ai today allows misinformation to be spread quicker. 🤷🏻♂️

Under the new law, which passed the Legislature with broad bipartisan support, squatters can be removed in just three days, much faster than the 19 days for a usual eviction. https://t.co/HwtaRODT4t

🚨JUST IN: Arizona Republicans are making it harder for homeowners to lose their homes over HOA disputes.
Today, SB 1246 from Senator @WendyRogersAZ passed the House. The bill dramatically raises the threshold for when a homeowners association can foreclose on a property for unpaid assessments, increasing it from one year or $1,200 in delinquent assessments to eighteen months or $10,000, whichever occurs first. It also prevents certain HOA-imposed expenses from being collected through foreclosure and requires HOAs to make reasonable efforts to communicate with homeowners and offer payment plans before pursuing foreclosure.
No Arizona family should face losing their home over a relatively small HOA debt or technical dispute. SB 1246 restores balance to the relationship between homeowners and HOAs by protecting property rights while preserving an association's ability to collect legitimate assessments.
This is a major pro-homeowner reform that puts families ahead of bureaucracy and strengthens one of the most fundamental rights Arizonans have: the right to keep their home.

A bill making its way through the state legislature would make sure Arizona homeowners are able to install the shade they want in their backyards, despite some HOA rules. #abc15 https://t.co/s3fG7HKF0z
Big victory. Governor Hobbs signed my SB1426 into law cracking down on squatters and finally protecting Arizona property owners.
