Paradise Valley continues to amaze...

I’m proud to stand with White Mountain voters.
Radical liberals from CA and NY have funded nearly a million dollars in false attack ads against me as a result, which I wear as a badge of honor.
I’ll stand with We the People over corporate interests every day of the week. #AZ02
@Jellenne Still unbelievable how many people complied. They’ll complain now but I guarantee they’ll fall right in line again for the next one. Let’s not lose the ability to think for ourselves.
Today’s data provides fresh confirmation of US economic resilience, as another sub-200,000 jobless claims print landed alongside stronger-than-expected productivity and muted labor costs:
Initial Jobless Claims: 199,000 (vs. 205,000 consensus)
Q2 Productivity: +1.4% (vs. 0.6% consensus and up from Q1’s 0.8%)
Unit Labor Costs: +1.3% (below the 2.1% consensus)
The focus now shifts in a big way to tomorrow's Jobs Report and next week's CPI inflation.

The joint U.S.-Japan support of the yen is unusual. The way it is being financed is unprecedented, and adds liquidity when the punch bowl of the U.S. economy and markets is already overflowing. https://t.co/s5y36O9Hk0
@Burnsy987 Never went… something about eating lettuce out of a dirty Fotomat just doesn’t sit right w me.
If you’re under 40 you probably have no idea what a Fotomat is. Lol

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix has made it 14 straight years as the top hospital in Arizona, according to the annual ranking by U.S. News & World Report. https://t.co/r1SnulUoPV
Live tomorrow, 1 PM Central. A tree removal scam hit a St. Louis County couple just days after closing. AI altered listing photos are showing up more than you'd think. And John got a phone call this week that a real estate license definitely did not prepare him for. John and Mike, live and unfiltered.

@jasonlewris Take a little look at the loan history. Ouch. Nothing has closed over $1.06 within half mile in 6 mos… and the guy owns a Proptech company 😂😂😂.
Thx for the laugh.
Now that was a No brainer... nice work @DutchBros

Hmmm… Almost true except a mortgage company most likely has first position lien w a due on sale clause that becomes the new owners responsibility if they foreclose. Not to mention AZ just passed that assessment have to be in excess of $10k and 18 months delinquent. Not likely to happen. But makes great headlines. Nice work. #KeepXTruthful
Absolutely! Recently resold a home in N Phoenix that my client Had to have in early’22 but needed to sell now due to life changes. Ended up putting a few bucks in their pocket but it was tight… and only because I got them a great deal from an unrepresented Seller when they bought it and we found a unicorn buyer to sell it to. Some skill but alot of luck. Lol.
@JohnWake Higher reserve requirements in Jan ‘27 is going to hurt even more for the condo market. Seeing quite a few underfunded associations as it is. Ouch.
