He is replacing the image of a "red candle" with the image of "T-Cell and NK-Cell expansion" and "IL-15 science." He is telling his 150,000+ followers: "Ignore the ticker; look at the science."

The Signal: This is a public "handshake" with the new regulatory regime. By quoting Makary’s shift toward a "pragmatic review," PSS is signaling to investors that the "Old FDA" (the one that issued the 2025 Refusal to File) is dead.
The Intent: He is priming the market to expect a smoother path for the papillary sBLA. It suggests that the communication between the company and the FDA is currently constructive, not combative.
