@Frosk01 I'd lower zard down to A tier because it loses to the other s tiers and has a lot of non mega competitors. Also it’s counters are everywhere.
raise sceptile up because of it's good match up against ychu and zchomp

@VitaminSLK @Frosk01 Hmm no, Y-zard increase usage benefits Y-chu and zard has a lot more weaknesses this time and competition with Megas and non mega fire types for viability. Meanwhile y chu provides a lot of passive utility while attacking and can threaten most of it's counters

@_gunk0 Their are a good number of them in champions base chomp or pert, hippo, mammo, exadrill, gliscor, golurk and runarigus. That latter 3 resists or are immune to raichu's common attacks. You also got mudsdale and stunfisks which a bit more gimmicky but can do some interesting things

@RamzoBeret @AldrichYan Harc, zchomp and volc didn't start popular but grew more common, same thing with fire moves on mence, chomp and psyspam. Also armorouge and torkoal became common on psyspam. With the return of zard all of these combined are putting pressure on Golisopod.

@RamzoBeret @AldrichYan It's not really zard y that putting pressure on mega pod, it's incineroar, Volcorona, arcanine-h scovillian and flamethrower from megamence and zchomp that is doing it

@FullMoonXenon It's very good but I wouldn't call it broken. There is a number of things in champions that can counter it, I expect the meta to start to include them more often

@ROCKINHOPPER Compared to garchomp It offers more utility, coverage and dragon dance while sharing base garchomps typing with Zchomp's ability at the cost of overall worst stats. While flygon is weaker than garchomp it isn't a weak Pokémon.

@onlinemissary @MoxieBoosted Oh yeah it's a good Pokémon and set but it's not here, lighting rod draws in electric moves and makes you immune while also giving a spatk boost, giving a similar effect to e-buzz and many lighting rod Pokémon have similar utility
