Today, a @USNRL P-3 aircraft airdropped 7 of our Spotter buoys into the Gulf of Mexico in #HurricaneIan's path. The buoys were deployed with other sensors as part of @thenopp Hurricane Coastal Impacts Project and will provide a real-time network to monitor Ian's approach. (1/2)
