There’s a 7′ light stand to support each fixture, and to complete the studio set up a two-stand-crossbar background system with six clamps to support the black, white, and green muslin backgrounds.

The umbrellas are broad modifiers that will widen the beam spread and soften the look. Similarly, the softboxes produce a medium-contrast, flattering quality of light but contain the light inside the softbox for more directional control.

In 2024, I’m relearning to love my passion after it became my job. Turning a hobby into a career was thrilling, yet it nearly dimmed that initial spark. Now, I’m finding that delicate balance between work and joy, and rediscovering why I fell in love with it in the first place. To everyone out there who is on a similar journey, please don’t fall for this trap. PROTECT THE LOVE FOR YOUR PASSION.
