I’m obsessed with learning how to learn.
So, I spent 200+ hours studying how geniuses, prodigies, and high performers master their disciplines.
Here's what I found on how to master anything faster:

1. Cultivate a gentle spirit.
2. Learn the art of making peace.
3. Simplicity is a complex art form.
4. Be the teammate others deserve.
5. Give 100%, especially in marriage.
6. Kindness is the universal language.
7. Pray for even those who wish you ill.
8. Failure is the tuition you pay for success.
9. Retribution is a dish best not served at all.
10. Discover the joy of growing your own food.
11. Learn to fix things, as many things as you can.
12. When it's your turn to help others, don't hold back.
13. Be a shield for those who can't protect themselves.
14. Discipline and self-control are your gateway to patience.
15. Loudness is not strength, often, it's a cover for weakness.
16. Respect everyone, even if their opinions clash with yours.
17. Don't stop. Take every opportunity to improve your health.
18. Consume with care, each choice has its own set of scales.
19. Reacting in anger reveals more about you than the situation.
20. To love others, you must first master the art of loving yourself.
21. Even if you both fall short, together you'll exceed expectations.
22. Honesty is non-negotiable, half-truths are often worse than lies.

35. Express your love to the women in your life, service and empathy speak louder than words.
36. Learn to fish. It's not just about the catch, it's about the patience and connection to nature.
37. Master marksmanship. Skill in handling weapons teaches discipline and emphasizes safety.
38. Gift a hot meal to someone less fortunate and express your gratitude for the moment you share.
39. The sooner you get over yourself, the sooner you begin to live the life you've always dreamed of.
40. De-arm your opponent, sometimes taking away their weapon is more effective than using your own.
41. Don't wish for an easier life. Instead, wish for the strength to face challenges, and then train for them.
42. Follow the greatest commandment: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." Study this deeply, and find freedom.
