Delivery agent postponed delivery without contacting. Updated that we did not pick up call. You CC equally pathetic. No help at all. No registration of complaint. You just keep arranging BB Sale but do not work on after sale service.

बिना मीटर रीडिंग लिए हर बार हाई बिल आता है। तीन बार वेबसाइट पर कंप्लेन करने के बावजूद DJB ने कोई कदम नही उठाया। कस्टमर केअर पर आधे आधे घंटे तक फोन नही लगता और लगने पर शिकायत दर्ज करने के बजाय CC एजेंट फोन काट देते है।

@shadowfax_in My complaint is not for pick up of product. It is against your delivery agent Rahul Gupta. He does it everytime. Last time he cancelled my Ajio order same way. Been suffering for him for last one year. But no action has been taken against him

@meesho_support OrderID 41503285711671808 U don't care abt aftr sale service. Ur delivery partner frm Shadowfax refuses 2 pick up product frm home & widout even calln once, fake updates dat custmr nt available/ custmr cancelled exchange. Even aftr complaining no help frm ur side.

@shadowfax_in I raised return request again with Meesho and Rahul Gupta repeatedly cancelled the pick up process again without even calling this time. Finally third time I requested Meesho to change the courier partner and they accepted and gave the pickup to Xpressbees.

@flipkartsupport 3 times our return has been rejected. Every time delivery agent rejects pick up saying "action no." mismatch. 1st u send wrong shoe size then do not even replace or return it. Fedup of calling and emailing. No coordination between service center and delivery team
