@mithelesh “Build immunity by exposing yourself to germs” like playing/walking in soil, in puddles; sometimes eating without washing hands or fruit without washing it; don’t overdo bathing/washing especially use of shampoo/soap etc

I still follow it but can’t recommend in current times😅
