On the Bengaluru–Lucknow Air India flight IX 2048, crew members allegedly got into a confrontation with passenger Ankit Sahay. After landing in Lucknow, CISF personnel ,acting on complaints from the flight crew deboarded the passenger, his wife, and their 3-year-old child and made them sit at the police station.
The passenger claims he had booked a Business Class ticket but was made to travel in Economy. Not only that ,he ordered non-veg meal but was served veg instead. When he objected and tried to record feedback in the complaint form, the situation escalated. He alleges the crew misbehaved and even denied him a glass of water.
Because of airline staff actions, the family says 5 hours were wasted.
So this is what it has come to? As a passenger, you can’t even file a complaint or register dissatisfaction without facing harassment?
Shocking, unacceptable, and deeply concerning.

मैं शिक्षा में आरक्षण के विरोध में नहीं हूँ, परंतु 92 और 62 के अंतर के विरोध में हूँ। जब ऐसे ‘अवसर’ का आँकड़ा, 90% को हर वर्ष अनुत्तीर्ण होने के लिए दिया जाता रहेगा, तो यह अंतर कभी नहीं घटेगा।

भारत में हर घंटे एक छात्र/छात्रा आत्महत्या करते हैं। इनमें से बहुत अदिति की तरह के होते हैं, जिन्हें पता होता है कि तंत्र उनकी सहायता नहीं कर सकता। जो हर दिन यह देखते हैं कि नहीं पढ़ने वाले, लिस्ट में नाम देख कर नाचते हैं, और पढ़ने वाले पंखे में लटक कर जान दे देते हैं।
