@EtihadHelp : I have booked my ticket from US to India and now because change of plan I want to cancel my ticket but customer service is not picking phone I waited for more than 1.5 hrs and also they are not allowing it to cancel online. This is choice plus ticket. Please help

Pathetic appt.. I am at Oaks at Weston in NC and due to sudden job movement I have to move from my apartment. I talk to leasing office about sub lease and they denied though in lease there is a clause for this. This is absolutely wrong. Not professional at all and rude behavior.
