@IndiGo6E Ms Sneha working at touchdown airport did not give or even inform me about a PIR, extending that even Ms Harshita on call support did not even bother to tell me this.
It is a shame that you can provide safety to life when you can't even safeguard luggage.
@IndiGo6E it is really pathetic to experience such a new low in your services. My luggage was manhandled and misplaced the disbanded part of my trolley case. The customer experience is of no use, my e-mails are being blocked and the pathetic helpline number is of no use. Shame.
My luggage trolley wheels were broken and then misplaced by the company. The ground staff shrugged their responsibilities off citing policy issues. The email which I sent my complaint to, blocked it. The helpline number doesn't respond. They are a joke to luggage safety for sure.
You got to learn the difference between building a connection and boot-licking. The former gets you a seat earned at dinner tables, but the latter gives you just a ladder to climb with leash-on.
