It's improved more over the years than AQW has imo.

Alina is in charge, focuses on the wheel of doom and now there's an item you can redeem for any item you want.
(You can get one for buying a $100 AC package)
It should get better once the unity port comes out and they don't have to deal with Flash limitations.
