Every day I go out to distant areas in Gaza, I return completely broken inside. I visit places that rarely appear in the media, areas living through a silent tragedy that the world does not see.
Some of these places cannot be filmed because they are close to military camps and areas.
Every time, I see scenes that are beyond what a person can bear. Rubble is everywhere, tents have taken over the city, and faces have lost their signs of life from the exhaustion, poverty, and hunger. These scenes do not simply pass by; they stay inside me and leave me in a very difficult psychological state.
Today, I was next to my former university, a place that was once one of the strongest and most beautiful universities in Palestine, full of education, students, and dreams. Today, nothing remains except rubble and destruction. It has become an abandoned place among the ruins, with families forced to live nearby in harsh conditions that no human being should have to endure.
I saw their pale faces and the signs of hunger, poverty, and fear in their eyes. I saw children walking barefoot on ground burning from the heat of the sun, without shoes to protect their feet, as if even the simplest rights of childhood have become something out of reach.
Every day I return home carrying images that never leave my mind. I feel deep sadness and overwhelming anger, and I fall into a very difficult psychological state when I see how my city has been reduced to this level of destruction and suffering.
Israeli settlers, brandishing American made M4s, detained me & other Americans on my trip to Palestine.
When the IDF arrived, they sided with the settlers & continued our detention.
They made a huge mistake.

🧵Today, on the one-year anniversary of settlers beating 20-year-old Palestinian American Sayfollah Musallet to death in his own olive fields, I accompanied his father, Kamel, to visit his grave and then to try to reach the spot where he was killed. We were attacked by settlers…
Israeli occupation authorities released this Palestinian from Gaza today..
He doesn’t know himself or anything about his detention..
He lost his mind due to harsh and brutal torture inside Israeli jails..
Israel Detains Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Inside Al-Aqsa Mosque
Israeli police detained Sheikh Muhammad Hussein after he delivered the Friday sermon.
The sermon reportedly condemned Israel's starvation policy in Gaza. At the same time, Israeli police also raided the office of Al-Aqsa Mosque director Sheikh Omar al-Kiswani.
The occupation now treats a sermon at Islam's third holiest site as a security threat.
Israel has barred the grand mufti of Jerusalem and Palestine from entering the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound for one week after he was arrested for the contents of his Friday sermon, during which he prayed for mercy for Palestinians killed by Israel.

This is an extreme emergency. Ahmad and his family are being consumed by poverty, disease, and hunger. Their tent is completely worn out, and they have no money at all. I implore you, a million times over, to donate and help them.
They are in desperate need of your support. What you might consider a small amount can fundamentally improve their lives and the lives of their family.
Please, donate and share this campaign.

This morning, Israeli occupation forces raided the home of Palestinian resident Ibrahim Ismail Al-Jabour in the Huwara area of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, ransacking the property and threatening the family with detention and the demolition of their homes if they resisted Israeli settler attacks.
Yesterday, members of Al-Jabour's family sustained injuries in a joint attack by both Israeli forces and settlers.
Christian clergy, nuns, pilgrims and holy sites are facing an increasingly hostile environment in Jerusalem, with a new report documenting a pattern of attacks that includes spitting, physical assault, threats, vandalism, anti-Christian abuse and the targeting of church processions.
The findings come amid growing warnings from Palestinian Christian leaders that Israel’s far-right political climate, settler extremism and official indifference are deepening pressure on the historic Christian presence in Jerusalem and across Palestine.

Trump envoy Steve Witkoff privately told Israeli Finance Minister Smotrich: "I will not let two million Nazis live next to your children on fences."

“Carrying guns, wearing uniforms, and staying on an army base resembles pre-enlistment military training rather than cultural exchange.”
We spoke to @MiddleEastEye about UK charities promoting migration to Israel, including to occupied Palestinian territory - offering training with the Israeli army and living in illegal settlements.

After 4 days of our water distribution project being suspended due to the targeting of the desalination plant we work with, we were finally able to resume our work today.
The reality here is difficult. Distributing water is exhausting, but the need for it is greater than the fatigue. Thousands of displaced families have no reliable access to safe drinking water, and every day without water only deepens their suffering.
That is why we will continue this project and do our best to send out one water truck every day, because for many families, clean water is not a luxury it is essential for survival.
“The Moment Ahmad Raised His Hands in Surrender, an Israeli Soldier Shot Him Directly in the Head”
The Guardian reports that Palestinian aid truck driver Ahmad Esleem was shot dead by an Israeli soldier while transporting humanitarian aid into Gaza, in what eyewitnesses and Gaza’s Transport Companies’ Association describe as a field execution.
Esleem, who was delivering food for World Central Kitchen (WCK) through a fully coordinated humanitarian convoy, was ordered out of his truck after one vehicle broke down near the Philadelphi Corridor.
Witnesses say Israeli soldiers forced the drivers to strip, assaulted them, and made them stand under the sun. As Ahmad Esleem raised his hands in surrender, an Israeli soldier shot him directly in the head.
The 30-year-old, a father of two children, including a one-month-old baby, was killed despite wearing official identification, carrying all required permits, and operating under coordination approved by the Israeli military, according to his employer and Gaza’s truckers association.
Witnesses also said Israeli soldiers threatened the surviving drivers, warning they would meet the same fate as Esleem.
This is an absolute emergency; the situation we are facing is beyond cruel—it is impossible to describe.
We need you.
