Besides his obvious quality and understanding, Henry is a very fortunate man. Other than having a great football career, his best coaching stint till now was with that France U-23s at the Paris 2024 Olympics. The access he had to bright, young French footballers who've gone on to become superstars helps him on this show especially.
You see that pride littered on his face and he feels rewarded to see those players’ progress. I see it every time he speaks to any of them. Chips in the fact that he coached them all the time and that's sweet😁😁😁
1) I tried
2) 5 people at tribal council, 4 had immunity. What was the point?
3) the final challenge for immunity was a 3-on-2 handicap match.
4) Dana asking me to show Chicago pride while running to his New York buddies was crazy.
5) Glenny doesn’t even work here.
Appreciate all the support lately, especially from the sales. Wanted to give a little something back.

So after all the pre-tournament criticism, angst, and fearmongering (much done with anticipatory glee), the 2026 World Cup was a historic success. Incredible games, record crowds/viewers, and a cultural phenomenon. People were safe, entertained, and joyous. Visitors discovered, and Americans were reminded, just how wonderful our country is, all through the lens of soccer. I’m so happy for, and proud of, my country. Best World Cup ever. Thank you, America. 🇺🇸
@ContextGear For fuck sake, give it a fucking chance... Then if it's awful criticize it or if it ends up good give the kudos.
Tired of people comparing it to what the BBC did to Top Gear when the circumstances are completely different.
The USMNT will be stuck at the World Cup until it adopts Germany's blueprint
In 2000 Germany finished last at the Euros and decided it was time overhaul the system. They built 390 regional training bases to make sure one was within 25 km of every kid in country. They hired 1,200 full-time coaches, invested €48 million per year and mandated that every pro club build a certified youth academy or lose its license
The cost to families was $0 and 14 years later, 21 of the 23 players who won the World Cup came directly from the system
I propose that the quickest solution to fix US Soccer is to take all the newly built Pickleball Courts and repurpose them into streetsoccer futsal courts. It will make us a true soccer nation and we will win the World Cup once this happens.
Shout out FIFA. I think we can all agree FIFA is a great organization that always does the right thing and in no way is this about it directly benefiting USMNT
