I am continuously trying to return an order from @BeyoungFolks. They don't have a proper customer care number, neither they reply on Whatsapp nor on email. It's been more than 2 weeks now and the pickup is still pending.

With @cellbellteam I have had the worst experience of my life.
In 2023 I had ordered an Alpha chair for around 20K INR. The hydraulic and seat angle broke within a year.
No resolution, no proper solution was given to me.
