Three things I'm still figuring out:
→ Document storage — Google Drive was the obvious move but I haven't committed
→ Whether Sheets holds up at scale or I need to move to a proper DB eventually
→ How to actually reach the operators who'd use this

Stack, kept deliberately simple:
→ Google Sheets as the compliance DB
→ Gmail for standard alerts
→ Telegram for anything urgent
→ Webhooks for on-demand requests
My constraint was that a small HVAC operator should be able to run this without needing a developer on call.
