@egi_nupe It doesn't make any sense. Obviously someone powerful in government is behind all that nonsense. A random person on the streets on Abuja gets Federal government allocations? These guys assume everyone is stupid. That person should be made to face the full wrath of the law.
@Tbabz__ Are you guys on this app stupid or what? How is calling someone by his name bigotry? What's sort of madness is this exactly? Is his name not Chinedu? So what's the fuss about here?
@dwight_doctore But what exactly is the problem with calling him his name? Isn't that his name or there's something I'm not getting in this stupid outrage? I really do not understand.
I am grateful for another year. A reminder that life is not measured by time alone, but by impact.
I am grateful for the journey, the lessons and the privilege to contribute to the development of our nation and continent.
Thank you all for your prayers and birthday wishes. Onward and upward.
Yoruba is also tonal language with every word ending in viral sounds. Some dialects are spoken as if you are singing. That is why it has always been a preferred choice for singing by most people - even those who are not Yorubas.
Christy Essien was not Yoruba but her biggest musical legacy is a Yoruba song 'Seun Rere'.
It is a musical language with a family of drums, including one that mimics the language's tonality.
What you call Yoruba tax is a blessing from God to the Yorubas & those who are ready to partake of it.
@dj2plus_@fattylincorn_01 It's not even funny and also it's a wake up call because probably our elders didn't know they were accommodating vultures because I can't in my right mind go to imo or Anambra and start claiming political rights with indigenes there and like u said it's something we must correct
@dj2plus_@fattylincorn_01 That is actually the troubling part. The audacity to ask that kind of question. We don too accept nonsense in SW. Things others would never allow in their regions.
