Not even rode 2000 kms again the same fork leak issue. Moreover the bike parts have been damaged while servicing and the reason given is manufacturer defect.

@royalenfield 1/4 again to replace the same part by spending Rs.10000. Moreover they have also damaged the outside of fork parts. Is there any kind of scam happening in RE service dealer ???

@royalenfield 1/3 The replaced old parts haven't been given to me or at least shown. Not even rode 3000 kms but the same issue had it multiple times. Last week of April I went and complained about the same issue one Mr.RAM said it's a very usual manufacturing defect issue asking me again

@royalenfield 1/2 Then what's the point of being proud of owning a RE bike. VELAVAN MOTORS service dealer had charged me around Rs.10000 for replacing the inner fork of both front tubes. They haven't done any replacement and just cleaned and assembled the old parts itself.

Quality of RE is worst and service dealers are cheating the customer in the name of bike parts. My bike parts r damaged and who's responsible for this @royalenfield ? RAM never bothered about complaining at all.

Not even 2000 kms again the same front oil fork leak. Service Dealer RAJA says it's manufacturing defect and floor incharge RAM says it's usual that while servicing parts would get damaged.
