Obito wasn’t trying against Kakashi, he didn’t use Kamui and he needed Kakashi to stab him to unleash the seal which ultimately allowed him to become the ten tailed host.

Also Obito was trying to get stabbed in that fight to undo the seal. If he wanted to he could have used Kamui and dealt with Kakshi easily.
