@Celtics_fan78 Arbitrary means no system, they absolutely have a system. They do try outs, they hire new talent, they see if they get over. Is it difficult? Yes. Is it not based on "true" wins and losses? Also yes. But arbitrary? No.

@Celtics_fan78 You may consider them arbitrary, but pro wrestling makes the call on who mains a PPV based on who will sell. This is based around the wrestler's charisma and in-ring skill, which is usually built up over long training and shows.
