@KhaleanXIV @Fulminariat It's either the neck connector issue, or if the sculpt is asym, the normals on one side need to have their red channel fixed (AKA, red channel inverted) I was reading about this yesterday, I'll see if I can find the guide and link it in a response!

@ArtharsFF14 I use Paypal for this purpose, since my game was a gift from someone in EU but live in NA, it's always been a hassle. They made this an option since the last expansion and it worked on my preorder. Here's hoping it doesn't get cancelled!
