Northern Lights and more as @ShiplakeGeog explored Iceland during the half term! So many highlights, and for sure many lifelong memories. Make sure you check out the gallery and report at https://t.co/XSQ0S9AhFT - there were too many photos to choose from! #ShiplakeInspirational
📈 Have you wondered why it's been so mild recently?
Well, part of the reason is due to an amplified jet stream. This will give unseasonal warmth and cold to parts of North America this week and bring exceptionally mild air to the UK
@DTW_Education Lots of highlights for the pupils were the blue lagoon and the snorkelling! We were also very impressed by the glacier walk and lava show!
What a fantastic trip we had to Iceland. Life long memories made and so much learned that can be used in exam content. Had the best time ever! @DTW_Education
Lower 6th geographers taking advantage of the nice weather today to sketch the river and apply their #geography knowledge. So lucky to have this on our doorstep!

@Ishmollies@SamantaWildlife For anyone that doesn't know, Shiplake College has a clear no mobile phone policy and instead allows uses of other technology (laptops) and full pastoral procedures for students who may have additional needs. We are sorry if the attempt a humour offends anyone
No it's not smoke, this is a LIDAR (laser scanning) image showing 1500 years worth of river movement. Beautifully destroying that "It's always been like it" argument!
It's Monday.

Heckin good doggo also got herself a forever home 😍
