الخارجية ترحب باعترافات الدول بدولة فلسطين وتعتبرها حماية لحل الدولتين بهدف تحقيق السلام

ترحب وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين وتشكر الدول التي اعترفت بدولة فلسطين وهي المملكة المتحدة وكندا واستراليا وتعتبرها قرارات شجاعة تنسجم مع القانون الدولي وقرارات الشرعية الدولية وتنطلق من حرص تلك الدول على إنهاء الاحتلال وتحقيق السلام بما يضمن امن واستقرار وازدهار المنطقة والعالم، وتؤكد على جاهزية واستعداد دولة فلسطين وحكومتها الشرعية على الشروع في بناء أمتن وأصدق العلاقات مع تلك الدول على المستويات كافة. ترى الوزارة أن اعترافات الدول بدولة فلسطين هي اعترافات بالحقوق العادلة والمشروعة للشعب الفلسطيني بما يضمن حماية حل الدولتين من المخاطر التي تتهدده بفعل استمرار جرائم الإبادة والتجويع والتهجير والضم التي ترتكبها سلطات الاحتلال ضد شعبنا، وهي تعطي المزيد من الزخم للجهود الإقليمية والدولية المبذولة بقيادة المملكة العربية السعودية الشقيقة وجمهورية فرنسا الصديقة لتطبيق إعلان نيويورك بهدف تحقيق الوقف الفوري للحرب وحل الصراع بالطرق السياسية التفاوضية، وإعادة الاعتبار للقانون الدولي والشرعية الدولية في تحقيق السلام بدلاً من عنجهية القوة.

تطالب الوزارة الدول التي لم تعترف بعد بدولة فلسطين وفي مقدمتها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية المبادرة لهذا الاعتراف وأن تنحاز للقانون الدولي والرأي الاستشاري الذي صدر عن محكمة العدل الدولية وتقف في الجانب الصحيح من التاريخ بما يؤدي إلى رفع الظلم الذي حل بشعبنا وتمكينه من ممارسة حقه في تقرير المصير أسوة بشعوب ودول المعمورة. تشدد الوزارة أيضاً على أن الوقف الفوري لحرب الاحتلال على شعبنا بجميع مظاهرها وأشكالها يمثل المدخل الصحيح لتحقيق التهدئة وبناء الثقة واستعادة الأفق السياسي لحل الصراع.

Today, under the leadership of France and Saudi Arabia, 142 countries have adopted the New York Declaration on the implementation of the Two-State Solution.

Together, we are charting an irreversible path towards peace in the Middle East.

France, Saudi Arabia, and all their partners will be in New York to make this peace plan a reality at the Conference on the Two-State Solution.

Another future is possible. Two peoples, two States : Israel and Palestine, living side by side in peace and security.

It is up to all of us to make it happen!

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates welcomes Canada’s decision to recognize the State of Palestine

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine welcomes the announcement made by the Prime Minister of Canada, The Right Honourable Mark Carney, confirming that Canada will officially recognize the State of Palestine by the United Nations General Assembly this September. This courageous and principled decision marks a significant step towards justice, peace, and the long-overdue realization of the Palestinian people’s inalienable right to self-determination.

The Ministry views Canada’s decision as a reaffirmation of the international consensus on the two-state solution and a powerful endorsement of the rules-based international order. At a time when fundamental rights are under threat, Canada’s decision sends a clear message: that the path to peace and stability must be based on fairness, equality, and respect for international law, and that a just and lasting peace in the Middle East must begin by recognizing the Palestinian people’s rights, sovereignty, and dignity.

The Ministry calls upon all countries that have yet to recognize the State of Palestine to do so with courage and resolve. Implementing the two-state solution requires political will and moral clarity. We urge the international community to continue acting decisively in support of justice, legality, and equal rights for all peoples. The recognition of Palestine is not only a legal obligation but a necessary foundation for a future defined by freedom, sovereignty, and lasting peace.

The Ministry remains committed to constructive diplomacy and international cooperation, determined to secure a future where all Palestinians live in dignity and sovereignty.

In a devastating ending Palestine Red Crescent team members Yusuf Zeino and Ahmed Al-Madhoun were killed in their ambulance on their approved mission to rescue 6-year-old Hind.
PRCS mourns their loss and we demand justice for their senseless killing. Once again instead of the Red Crescent logo protecting our teams, it will be used to bury them💔💔

⚠️PRCS completely lost contact with them for 24 hours.
Six-year-old Hind was trapped by Israeli tanks inside a vehicle and the occupation soldiers fired at it, resulting in the killing of everyone inside, including four children while Hind is the only survivor. 💔
