For decades, Narges Mohammadi has been a vocal advocate for women and girls in Iran. This @NobelPrize is a well-deserved recognition of her courage, and the hope that she represents—not only for the women in Iran, but for women fighting repression and violence around the world.
@quin_denfeld@OHSUNursing@DianeSolomonOR @song_minkyoung @MaryCRDavis Thank you for organizing, Quin! Looking forward to improving women’s health across adult lifespan, especially women #caregivers. Inspirational and passionate group of women to work with and move this agenda forward.

Weapon of the day: know you are not alone. When caregiving brings anxiety and fear up as it does for all of us, know you are not alone. Please reach out and let us know. We are listening. #caregiverwarrior#caregivers#youngcarers#ThursdayThoughts
Caregiving can be both physically demanding and emotionally draining.
Taking time to care for yourself in this season is essential. As evidenced by the cliché example of airplane safety, you need to put on your own oxygen mask before helping others.
