@HMRCcustomers Thanks, what other accountant advised us - this money shall be held in final accounts as creditor, we pay this TAX, but at the end of the year we request Tax return and get it back. Is that correct?

We have CLG. In 2017 we have no profit, but we have received 100000GBP for a social project from the EU Comission under ERASMUS+ Program. In 2017 we received 80k and the rest we got in 20k March 2018.
