It depends on Husband's will

Only food clothes & nafqa which covers basic materials oil shampoo etc etc covers the expenses

Anything else is not mandatory

If the wife doesn't obey her husband in matter of hijab this comes under nushuz & husband has right to withhold maintenance or can divorce

Similarly Father can prevent daughter to leave house

These are final methods if nothing works

Immodesty can be stopped by final methods

I am a hijabi but I am against hijab and burqa being forced Faith is more about iqrar bil-lisan wa tasdiq bil-qalb. Forced hijab is oppression of human beings&does not change a person’s character. If it is farz, it is between the person and Allah, &Allah will decide who disobeys.
