Aao dikhau tumhe ande ka funda!
Okay consider this: The rich child's egg and the poor child's egg are the same egg. Everything else can be diluted. Watery dal, thin rajma, rice of more-patthar-less-chawal grade. The soya chunks y'all are waving around, who exactly is doing a quality check on the fillers? 10 rupees per child per meal (the improved budget) and you are telling me the paneer will not be ‘analogue’?
In a country where the school mid-day meal has been adulterated and diverted in the scummiest of ways, and where some deplorable scavenging person-in-power is always taking a cut of what a poor child is meant to eat, the egg is the one thing that is (till now) incorruptible.
A whole boiled egg.
I would like to take this point, and pin it next to the vegetarianism and caste argument (valid), for one to consider, also.

Be me.
Go to a lala garment manufacturer.
He quotes 50% above my budget, wants 100% advance on the first order… even though supplying all the raw materials.
Then says ‘You can always increase your selling price’
Grandpa, if it’s that easy why don’t you reduce yours?
@saybwala Saving ₹10 on shipping and risking ₹10 lakh of COD money is not a logistics strategy.
At some point, the responsibility lies with the founder.
This Delhi NGO wanted samples on credit, compliance documents, physical verification, company details, and multiple calls before placing an order.
Brother, if buying is this difficult, I can already imagine how difficult collecting payments are gonna be
Everyone is bullish on India until they start their own business and they need 15 papers of bhang bhosda and a current account just to integrate a payment gateway.
He assumes I don’t know he’s the guy who scammed us.
I asked him for the invoice.
He says he lost it and can’t produce a copy.
Now I’m sitting here wondering whether I should admire the confidence or the audacity 3/3
A year ago, we were selling through Amazon FBA.
There was this guy from Nagpur who, with the help of a local delivery agent, would order our product and then return it after swapping the original part with a cheap replacement. 1/3
Classic ‘order a phone, return a soap bar’ scam.
It happened once. Ignored it.
Happened again. Same guy. Same scam. Reported it and moved on.
Fast forward to today.
The product he kept is malfunctioning, and he’s now asking for warranty support.
The funny part? 2/3
The last 2 months have been insane, fulfilled orders across mfg companies, NGOs, farmers, and even political parties. God bless Indian summers for keeping us on our toes 😄
This is a highly underrated policy issue. Vidya Mahambare and her colleagues at Great Lakes Institutes have a good recent paper on the Thozhi hostels for women in TN.
@neilmukti Exactly. Sikh extremism in the 80s stemmed from fears of absorption into Hinduism. Some sikhs were clean shaven, kept Hindu idols and Murti pooja. That triggered anxiety abt losing identity and hence the rise of extremist and blue⭐️ that followed..

The combined area of all the lakes in Canada is bigger than the state of Rajasthan.
Also, what Indians call "lakes" generally tend to be waterbodies that are slightly larger than ponds.
Meanwhile, this is what one of India's biggest lakes looks like. They look like the sea at first glance.
@neilmukti So a mix of rathee, rebel kid, and LivDoc? How to sustain without brand deals? Coz not in a specific niche like foodpharmer, harder to start your own brand
