@McAfee @MAafee_Help…. I’m on my third request for a refund. The last two were closed as ‘resolved’ but without resolution. I’m not sure why mcafee needs to charge for a service that has not been used.

The computer we bought for my daughter in 2018 broke in 2019. Why were mcafee sending renewal notices to a 12 year old’s email address that she doesn’t check? We cancelled all our mcafee subscriptions in November 2020. Why was this one auto-renewed?
