Is @comcast running a fraudulent @Xfinity Rewards Program? Poor customer service, they claim they have to contact someone else to get answers. But they never call back with answers. Really?! #fraud
@AssuranceWirel3 your customer service is horrible! 2 hours on the phone and 3 failed online attempts to establish an account is unacceptable! The @FCC & its National Verifier should really evaluate your ability to provide service for these critical connectivity programs.

Ok @Xfinity, what is up with your service? Your customers cant call you directly, but your request for a call back works sporadically at best! We pay too much money not to be able to communicate with a COMMUNICATION company! Fix your website!
