quick reminder that when someone has been abused or is being abused, it is very much a “read the room” moment to talk or post about how you could never take that kind of abuse or how you would have left after the first slap. it’s a tad victim blamey.
k thanks bye.
If you were in an abusive relationship and you managed to get out, good for you, but acting like the people who are still in abusive relationships are dumb or don’t love themselves for not getting out is quite obtuse. You should be the last person victim blaming.
And when you pray tonight…pray for for love. I mean genuine love.. love that’s so gentle and effortless. The kind of love that gives you butterflies and smiles from ear to ear. I’m talking reassurance, healthy communication and growth. Love that’s facilitated by God.
you find some random person you never knew existed, 13 months later you’re hugging your knees vomiting in the bathroom bc they broke your heart. life is so unserious 🤣🤣🤣
