@ViCustomerCare is very ruthless for its customers. They providing 2g service instead 4g... No 5g coverage in my area & they even not replying & trying to solve issue... Suffering this problem from 1 month. Thinking about @reliancejio @airtelindia

As @ViCustomerCare today is my last day in 5g era vi giving 2g network. Always 4g network shift in 2g. After complaint also @ViCustomerCare not solving my issue. Very very poor service. Going for #bsnl or #airtel

@TRAI Ek pure voice sms only plan hona chahiye wo bhi 120 Rs का but companies 5 GB monthly data deke 199 ke plan deti hai. Which is not worth. Simple keypad users can't use 1 bit data but they are paying
