क्या खेल खेलती है किस्मत भी? ज़्यादा नहीं, मात्र 2 साल पहले तक वो समय था जब मिजॉरिटी रणवीर सिंह को ऐय्याश नशेड़ी और न जाने क्या-क्या कहती थी। तब इंडस्ट्री के बड़े-बड़े नाम इसको सपोर्ट करते थे, आए दिन इंटरव्यू आते थे, जब देखो तब कोई न कोई हैशटैग मिल जाता था। हालांकि वो तब भी एक्टिंग में अपनी जान झोंकना जानता था, अब तो खैर बाउन्ड्री पार कर रखी है। लेकिन अब जब पब्लिक सिंह साहब के सपोर्ट में आई है तो अंदर ही अंदर बॉयकॉट करने की मांग उठ रही है। अशोक पंडित जी, जो फवाइस के सलाहकार हैं, उनको अक्सर सुनता रहती हूँ मैं। बढ़िया बात करते हैं, वर्कर्स के हक़ की बात करते हैं। उन्होंने अभी प्रेस को बताया है कि वह फवाइस रणवीर को 3 रिमाइंडर डाल चुकी थी कि आके मिल लो, एक बार बात कर लो। पर नहीं, रणवीर की टीम से बस इतना जवाब आया कि ये मसला आपके ज्यूरीडिक्टशन में है ही नहीं। तब अशोक जी ने साफ़ किया कि ये बैन नहीं है, मात्र बॉयकॉट है कि जो भी फवाइस की छतरी के नीचे काम करने वाले वर्कर्स हैं, उनसे आग्रह किया गया है कि वह रणवीर की फ़िल्म, सीरीज़ या विज्ञापन तक में काम न करें। अंदाजन कोई 4 लाख टेकनिशियन्स जुड़े हैं फवाइस से... इनमें से कितने ही ऐसे प्रोडक्शन टीम के असिस्टन्ट, जूनियर आर्टिस्ट्स, स्पॉट्स, मेकअप, कॉस्टयूम आदि से जुड़े वर्कर्स हैं जिनकी 2-2 साल पुरानी पेमेंट्स अब तक नहीं मिली हैं। शायद ही कोई होगा जिसे शुरुआत में काम करने के लिए, अपनी मेहनत का 50% हिस्सा अकाउंटेंट, तो कभी दलाल, तो कभी सीधे सीधे यूनियन को न देना पड़ा होगा। 20% कट तो आम बात है साहब। फवाइस का कहना है कि अगर रणवीर की तरह हर एक्टर ऐसे ही करता रहा तो प्रोड्यूसर्स का क्या होगा? प्रोड्यूसर्स का क्या होगा? पहले न्यूज़ में था कि रणवीर की वजह से इक्सेल को 350 करोड़ का नुकसान हो रहा है। अब इक्सेल ने क्लियर किया है कि 45 करोड़ रुपये प्री-प्रोडक्शन में लग चुके थे। इसकी भरपाई हो। मेरा बस इतना सवाल है कि यूनियन का मकसद क्या था? यूनियन कबसे प्रोड्यूसर्स की पैरवी करने लगी? जाने कितने ही वर्कर्स हैं जिनकी एड़ियाँ घिस गईं माँगते-माँगते, एक साउन्ड दादा ने तो नाम लेकर बताया था कि इतना बड़ा प्रोडक्शन है, पर 4500 रुपये अबतक नहीं दिए गए। यूनियन इसलिए थी कि 45 सौ वाले का ख्याल रखे, 45 करोड़ वाले तो अपना ध्यान यहाँ नहीं तो वहाँ से रख ही लेते हैं। और क्यों रणवीर ही चाहिए? एक्टर्स का, बल्कि हिट एक्टर्स का अकाल है क्या इंडस्ट्री में? बढ़िया स्क्रिप्ट लिखिए, ज़ोरदार डाइलॉग्स लिखवाइए, कहानी लोगों से कनेक्ट करे तो क्यों नहीं हिट होगी फ़िल्म? आदित्य धर ने उरी में विकी के कौशल पर जुआँ खेल कामयाब होकर दिखाया था न? पर नहीं। किस्मत का खेल है सब, जिस रणवीर को हाथ लगाने में हाथ मैला होता लग रहा था कल तक, आज वही पारस पत्थर नज़र आ रहा है। #RanveerSingh #AdityaDhar #vickykaushal
