Ruth Davidson at FMQ's accuses ScotGov of withholding a document from the 'inquiry'. The one David Davis referred to in the HoC.
The FM replied that this document was handed over on 21.11.2018 and was labelled 'Production Number 7.79.

@FrancesLumsden That will achieve nothing. Independence is not about SNP. If you want say in your country then voting 1 and 2 is only way for future say. Otherwise we will continue to be consumed by WM. If you find current leg unpalatable you need to swallow it and move to change it.
