@WilliamAird4 Menupause is still a few years away - atleast another 5 or 6 maybe 10 or more? Not sure.. Have just started with "blood builder".. Hoping I can tolerate this - as the regular iron supplements dont go well with me and I quickly loose motivation to take them.. :(

@WilliamAird4 I have been anemic for quite sometime.. I have fibroids in my uterus and that could be the cause? Been trying to get my hemoglobin to over 9 and always drops back.. Am planning to get a round of transfusion.. :( Need to find a long term solution..
