Again @airtel proved the worst service they can provide to their customers.

For name sake, they call us Platinum/Gold customers and treat us without any manners. I had a network drop yesterday afternoon and till now none of the service person engineers visited.

Spoke with customer care multiple times but to no use, I tried speaking the same with the local territory manager but he did not answer the call after I explained the issue over call.

@Airtel_Presence The service engineer was assigned for yesterday between 5:30pm -6:30pm. When I called the person, he was on leave.
The greatest service which you provide for platinum customers is allocation engineers who are on leave.

The worst customer service ever by @airtelindia - I have requested broadband (Airtel Black Installation in Bachupally, Hyderabad) 2 days ago and was given a link to pay the installation bill followed by installing will be done in 1-2 hours l. It's been 30 hours but still no reply
