@RailwaySeva I just want to say that railway should consider this as a major problem and find a way out to allot lower birth to senior citizen.
(A lady with 88 years requires a lower birth at any cost.)

I am very much disappointed with the @IRCTCofficial ticket booking algorithm.While a man of around 30 years was given a lower seat,I do not absolutely understand the point of a lady of almost 80+ years been given a middle seat even when lower birth was mentioned in preference.
