Is the law the same for everyone, or does it depend on who is protesting and whether the government approves of their cause?

Citizens raising genuine civic issues have been arrested for exercising their democratic rights, with the very same High Court orders cited as justification.

What changed today? Who authorised this relaxation, and on what legal basis?

The rule of law cannot operate selectively. If Town Hall can be permitted for one group, the same standard must apply to every citizen. The Constitution guarantees equal treatment, not selective freedom based on convenience or political considerations. @CPBlr
