यह दावा बिहार में SC/ST एक्ट का गलत इस्तेमाल पर फर्जी केस का ठेका लेने वाली गैंग का है। पैसे लेकर गैंग शिकायतकर्ता, पीड़िता और गवाह तक की व्यवस्था कराती है।

इसके बाद केस के आधार पर सरकारी मुआवजे की राशि भी लेती है। गैंग के सदस्य इसे बिना लाइसेंस वाला हथियार बताते हैं, जो इंसान को बर्बाद करने वाला है।

भास्कर की इन्वेस्टिगेशन में सामने आई कहानी सिर्फ एक फर्जी मुकदमे करने की नहीं, बल्कि फर्जी शिकायत, गवाही और सरकारी सहायता राशि को पैसे के खेल में बदलने वाले नेटवर्क की है।
