First the NEET paper leak affecting 22 lakh students.
Then CBSE Class 12 students receiving unexpectedly low marks from a broken OSM system - many losing their college eligibility.
Now lakhs of CBSE Class 9 students suddenly asked to learn a new language from July 1, with no teachers, no textbooks, and Class 6 books being handed to 14-year-olds as a “transitional” fix.
Three exams. Three age groups. One Minister.
Dharmendra Pradhan ji has not failed once. He has failed every single age group of India’s students at once.
Every announcement plunges children deeper into uncertainty. Every failure goes unpunished. The Education Ministry has become a department of disasters.
Prime Minister Modi ji - can you at least apologise to the lakhs of children whose futures you and your Minister have destroyed?

Did anyone actually expect the SC to do something?
As saddening it is to say, the institutions that were supposed to protect the democracy and people, today stand compromised and in favour of the BJP
VERY IMPORTANT (because the media won’t tell you this):
PM Modi has been running a fake & malicious agenda for the last few days claiming that his Govt wants “early reservations for women in Parliament”. In reality, Modi is using women as an excuse to bulldoze his real agenda of delimitation (which is redrawing boundaries of Lok Sabha & Assembly seats in states to benefit the BJP)
Here’s the truth:
👉 Women’s Reservation was passed by Parliament in 2023. At that time, Opposition parties pointed out that the Bill would delay 33% women’s reservation till 2034 & demanded that it be implemented immediately
👉 Govt ignored the Opposition & said women’s reservation will happen after the 2026 Census followed by delimitation to increase total number of seats in Parliament
👉 Now, suddenly, just when Bengal & Tamil Nadu are going to elections, Modi decides that delimitation will be done BEFORE 2026 Census. Instead of conducting delimitation based on India’s actual population, the Modi Govt has come up with its own unknown formula
👉 But it will be IMPOSSIBLE to sell this sudden delimitation idea to the nation which has no basis. Therefore, Modi Govt is pushing a sudden delimitation claiming that “it will help in earlier implementation of women’s reservation”
Now, here are some questions that expose Modi’s real agenda & deception:
1. What is the connection between delimitation & women’s reservation? What is stopping the Govt from immediately implementing women’s reservation on the existing 543 seats in Lok Sabha without delimitation?
2. Why is the Parliament session being called from 16-18th April in the middle of Bengal & TN elections? Why could this not be done just 10 days later after voting is done in these 2 states?
3. Today, my party TMC has 39% women MPs in Parliament. Mamata Banerjee didn’t need any “law” to give women their due representation. In contrast, how many women MPs does Modi’s BJP have? ONLY 13%
So what has stopped Modi & BJP all this while from having at least 33% women MPs in Parliament & setting an example?
4. Where is a copy of the proposed Bill that the Govt wants to bring to Parliament in just 3 days? Why is Modi writing op-eds & conducting PR exercises instead of releasing a copy of the proposed Bill so that it can be studied?
It is utterly dishonest & shameful that Modi is cheating the women of India by linking their right to representation to delimitation. There’s nothing that stops his Govt from implementing women’s reservation immediately. Even the Opposition supports that.
But the real agenda is to change the boundaries of Lok Sabha & Assembly seats across states to benefit the BJP. The SIR process should make it clear how Modi-Shah are now desperate & will use delimitation to manipulate the entire electoral process just for clinging on to power.
“When the targeted killing of a foreign leader draws no clear defence of sovereignty or international law from our country, and impartiality is abandoned, it raises serious doubts about the direction and credibility of our foreign policy. Silence, in this instance, is not neutral.”
Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Smt. Sonia Gandhi ji writes at this critical global juncture, emphasizing that India must stand for sovereignty and peace, and rediscover our moral strength.
The Indian National Congress (INC) unequivocally condemns the targeted assassination of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ali Hosseini Khamenei, in a military strike carried out without a formal declaration of war. The INC extends its deepest condolences to the Supreme Leader's family, to the people of Iran, and the Shia community around the world in this moment of profound grief. We stand in solidarity with them as they navigate this grave crisis.
India's foreign policy is anchored in a commitment to the peaceful settlement of disputes through dialogue and respect for international law, as mandated in Article 51 of the Constitution of India. These principles-sovereign equality, non- intervention and the promotion of peace are foundational to India's civilisational values. Given this, the conflict in West Asia is deeply antithetical to our commitment to Vasudhaiva Kutumbaka ("the world is one family"), Mahatma Gandhi's doctrine of ahimsa (non-violence), Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru's policy of non-alignment.
The targeted use of force to destabilise the leadership and governing structures of a sovereign state whether in Iran or earlier in Venezuela-signals a disturbing revival of regime-change doctrines and coercive unilateralism. It also contravenes the United Nations Charter-especially Article 2(4), which expressly prohibits "the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state," and Article 2(7), which forbids intervention in matters essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state. A targeted killing of a sitting head of state strikes at the heart of these international rules. Sovereignty is not conditional, and political legitimacy cannot be manufactured through force.
The INC reiterates that it is the inalienable right of every nation's citizens to determine their own political future. No external power has the authority to engineer regime change or dictate the leadership of another state. Such actions amount to imperialism and are fundamentally incompatible with a genuinely rules- based international order.
The targetted assassination of the leadership of a sovereign nation by the so called leaders of the democratic world and the killing of multitudes of innocent people is despicable and deserves strong condemnation, no matter what the proclaimed reason for it is.
It is tragic that multiple nations have now been dragged into conflict.
The world needs peace not more unnecessary wars. Those in charge of it would do well to remember Mahatma Gandhi’s words: An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.
I do hope that having genuflected before the Prime Minister of Israel and President Trump, our Prime Minister makes every effort to bring all Indian citizens in the affected countries back home to safety.
Why did I use a Jiu-Jitsu analogy in my Parliament speech on the trade deal?
Why were our farmers sacrificed to please the Americans?
Why was India’s energy security compromised by allowing the US to dictate our oil supplies?
Why agree to increase US imports by $100 billion a year without a reciprocal promise?
Why did I say this deal could turn India into a data colony?
Why would Modi ji agree to a deal where India gives so much and appears to get so little?
The answer to this abject surrender lies in the “grips” and “chokes” placed on the PM.
Strange how a non violent protest is called “shame to the nation,” but politicians being named in Epstein files doesn’t seem to outrage the same people.
Make it make sense.
The right to clean air is a basic human right.
The right to peaceful protest is guaranteed by our Constitution.
Why are citizens who have been peacefully demanding clean air being treated like criminals?
Air pollution is affecting crores of Indians, harming our children and the future of our nation. But the government which came to power through vote chori simply doesn’t care, nor is it even attempting to solve this crisis.
We need to take decisive action on air pollution right now instead of attacking citizens asking for clean air.
