🚨 IPO ALLOTMENT TRANSPARENCY — URGENT DEMAND FROM IPO INVESTORS!

Yesterday, allotments were finalised for three major IPOs:

✅ Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO
✅ Skyways Air Services IPO
✅ Hy-Tech Engineers IPO

And now the biggest question is being raised by IPO investors across India:
Who exactly received the IPO allotment? 🤔

We can check only our own application status through the registrar, BSE or NSE. But why can’t registrars provide a downloadable Excel sheet showing the complete allotment data in a transparent format?

NSE itself provides bid and allotment information received from the registrar, while SEBI’s framework requires a structured, category-wise basis-of-allotment process, including draw of lots when needed

📢 MY DEMAND IS VERY SIMPLE:

✅ Registrar should publish a downloadable allotment Excel sheet for at least 30 days.

✅ The sheet should mention every successful allotment.

✅ PAN can remain privacy-safe: show only the first 3–4 characters and mask the remaining characters with XXXX.

✅ The data should clearly mention the investor category—Retail, SHNI, BHNI, QIB or shareholder quota.

✅ Investors should be able to verify whether allotments are genuinely being distributed fairly and transparently.
This is not about targeting any investor.

This is about trust in India’s IPO market. 💯
SEBI rules already provide for category-wise allotment, proportionate allocation and a draw-of-lots mechanism in oversubscribed issues; the basis of allotment is finalised with the registrar, lead manager and designated exchange.

So why not take transparency one step ahead?

Give investors verifiable allotment data. Build trust. Strengthen India’s IPO market. 🇮🇳📈

The country wants clarity:
Are allotments reaching different genuine investors fairly?

Are the same entities repeatedly receiving shares?

Is the IPO allotment process fully transparent?

These questions will only become bigger until investors get a clear, privacy-safe and auditable allotment record.

Anil Ambani got two settlements; 49,000 crores due to 53 banks settled for 92 paise per hundred rupees, and 10,000 crores settled for 35 paise per hundred rupees. And now Subhash Chandra of Zee Media has settled 22,000 crores for 6.5 crores. The Bombay High Court quashed the FIR against Indiabulls and its associates for fraud and money laundering because the complainant's hands are unclean. On the other hand, the courts, including the SC, decline relief to MSMEs, which the Parliament has ordained, giving wholly untenable reasons. Poor people falsely accused of ordinary crimes languish in jail, their bail applications not being taken up for hearing for months, while fancy PILs of celebrity lawyers are liberally entertained. The Bar is silent; so too the Government and the Opposition. What is the remedy, other than for us, the common man, to raise our voices?

I think the govt is underestimating middle class anger. People are fed up with paying income tax & getting nothing in return except for collapsing infrastructure & now, an economy also near collapse
At the same time tax payers money is being used to bail out billionaires, to write off their debts & hand state assets over to them

⚠️ शाळेच्या अगदी बाजूला, जो भूखंड स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्प्लेक्ससाठी राखीव होता, तिथे आता 'पेट्रोल पंप'चा प्रस्ताव भाजपने आणला आहे.

⚠️ आणि रस्त्याच्या अगदी पलीकडे, तिथे देखील एक भूखंड पेट्रोल पंपासाठी राखीव ठेवण्यात आला आहे. तो भूखंड बहुधा गॅस स्टेशनसाठी देण्यात आले आहे, ज्यामध्ये डिझेल, पेट्रोल (आणि अर्थातच सध्याच्या शासनाचे आवडते इथेनॉल) असू शकते.

⛔️ प्रश्न असा आहे की, स्थानिक लोकप्रतिनिधींना तेथील रहिवाशांसाठी स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्प्लेक्स असावे असे का वाटत नाही?

⛔️ समोरच्या बाजूला एक प्लॉट राखीव असतानाही, पेट्रोल पंपासाठी एवढ्या मोठ्या जमिनीची गरजच काय?

⛔️ हाच पलिकडचा भूखंड एका पुलाद्वारे थेट हायवेला जोडला जाऊ शकतो, तरीही त्यांना संपूर्ण वाहतूक ह्या अरुंद गल्लीत का आणायची आहे?

⛔️ येथील लोकप्रतिनिधींना फक्त भूखंडाचे श्रीखंड पाहिजे, लोकांची काळजी नाही का?

ह्या प्रकरणाचा प्रसारमाध्यमांद्वारे पर्दाफाश करण्यासाठी काल मी ह्या ठिकाणी भेट दिली होती; आता ह्या जमीन बळकावण्याच्या प्रकारात @mybmc च्या सक्रिय भूमिकेबाबत त्यांच्याकडून उत्तर येण्याची मी वाट पाहत आहे.

हे सर्व केवळ भाजपच्या लाडक्या बिल्डर्स आणि कंत्राटदारांच्या फायद्यासाठी! दुसरीकडे भाजपला प्रश्न विचारणाऱ्या 'जेन झी' आणि मुंबईकरांवर सूड उगवत आहे.

आज मुंबईतील हजारो कोटी रुपयांच्या जमिनी, मुख्य म्हणजे मोकळ्या जागा भाजपच्या मित्रांना कवडीमोल भावाने दिल्या जात आहेत.

ह्या जमीन लाटण्याच्या घोटाळ्याविरोधात आम्ही लढू.

This is the Office of the US Trade Representative 2026 report, page 272.

It criticised the NPCI, the org that operates India's retail payment systems, saying that it is creating "a non-level playing field" in electronic payment services.

What followed? ☺️

The UPI payments in India have been free for the public.

Then on Monday the Govt introduced Taxation and Other Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2026.

This was followed by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Sanjay Malhotra said that “someone will have to pay the cost” of UPI transactions. ☺️

Today this bill was passed. It now brings UPI and RuPay debit card transactions under MDR charges.

Point to be noted, Since 2020, the Govt, mandated that transactions on UPI and RuPay debit cards would not attract any MDR charges.

Then why this sudden shift? 🤔

Now apart from Marchants, our ordinary people transactions that exceed ₹2,000 in value, maybe charged 0.25-0.4% of the transaction value.

ह्यातलं एक क्रिकेट मैदान, जे आम्ही आमच्या कार्यकाळात सर्व मुंबईकरांना खेळण्यासाठी बनवलं होतं आणि म्हाडाचे २ भूखंड जे फुकट दिले जातील.

आम्ही ह्याला विरोध करू आणि भाजप राजवटीच्या ह्या उघड-उघड जमीन हडपण्याच्या प्रवृत्तीविरोधात सर्व मुंबईकरांना रस्त्यावर उतरण्याचे आवाहन करू.

त्यांना मुंबईकरांकडून मोकळ्या जागा हिरावून घ्यायच्या आहेत आणि त्या आपल्याच माणसांच्या स्वाधीन करायच्या आहेत.

हे अशाप्रकारचे वाटप मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी तात्काळ रद्द केली पाहिजेत. पण मला वाटतं ते असं करणार नाहीत, कारण अशाप्रकारे जमीन बळकावून त्यांच्या पक्षाचाही फायदा होणार आहे... मुंबईचे नुकसान आणि स्वतःचा फायदा!
