This Emergency is being televised and instagrammed.

Rishikanth pens heartfelt letter to fans following the success of ‘Dorothy’ which explores themes of gender identity, patriarchy and toxic masculinity:

“Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for accepting me. Thank you for standing beside me.”

Ilaiyaraja is 83 and deeply religious.

In Muthumani, he describes a trans woman embracing her femininity the way a goddess is adorned in a temple. He gave her the most sacred comparison he knows.

And I don't think I am getting over it anytime soon!

You're all okay with LGBTQ+ community representation as long as it is sad, ends in tragedy or is there for comic relief.
It makes you queerphobic.

Tbh, Thiruchitrambalam had a horrible ending. It's like Thiru exhausted all possible options around him & finally settled for Shobana. The reason it worked as a film was cuz Dhanush, Nithya and Prakash Raj were incredible & the father-son subplot was a 10/10.

I genuinely don’t understand how we are supposed to casually process that a glacier literally collapsed in Nepal, erasing 19 bridges and killing over 600 people, because the planet is too hot. And instead of stopping it, billionaires are building more data centres. It is completely psychotic.

[Ria @RiaRevealed]

What’s really funny here is this that @prakashraaj raised a question about his name being removed from the electoral roll and questioned the @ECISVEEP .
But instead of the Election Commission answering him, @BJP4Karnataka has jumped in to give explanations and defending the Election Commission
Why?
The Election Commission is supposed to be an independent constitutional authority isn't it??? So why is the BJP acting as its spokesperson?

@ceo_karnataka , this question was directed at you, not @BJP4Karnataka.
We need a reply!!
Point to be noted.

Yeah.. we all appreciated @anirudhofficial for his morattu velapaadu in #DC..! 🔥

But still, I have a concern about the AI usage in the DC album.

Yes.. ARR and U1 have used AI to recreate the voices of great singers who have passed away. But the some voices in #DC are no one’s… they’re completely AI generated.

The track “Raga of Revenge” you all hyped.. that voice is AI-generated..!

Using AI this heavily in mainstream cinema, especially by the top MD in the country, could have a serious negative impact on singers in the future. That’s something we shouldn’t ignore.

I’m convinced Tom holland has so many haters bc his sheer existence disproves all of the red pill bullshit they peddle. Like yeah, he’s a 5’8 ballerina who got his start on Broadway, speaks openly about addiction and mental health, treats all the women around him respectfully etc
